The company originally started off after a party around Valentine’s Day in 2009. The party itself had much intrigue and a decent turn out yet somehow most people were overall disappointed. After the party a few people that attended started to discuss how they would have set things up.  Through this discussion they jokingly thought that they could have run things better and should start a company to promote fun times within the Mile High City. On this cold February night was the beginning of Denver Social Network…

 

Denver Social Network (DSN) is the newest social networking and event planning company in Denver. The company’s overall mission is to provide their members with the best outlets for entertainment that the city has to offer. DSN will partner with other local businesses and restaurants within the community to get preferred pricing to its members. DSN will also sponsor events throughout the community to include social events and parties and these are exclusive to members and their guests. Finally, DSN is committed to providing outlets within the community to have fun and meet new people. This will be done by filling out the questionnaire when becoming a member as accurately as possible. The collection of data from new members will be compiled and evaluated to give the network exactly what they would like to do in terms of activities. So if hiking a 14er, learning to salsa dance, or sit in on a political debate are some activities that sound appealing then we’ve got it covered.  On top of all the fun things to do there will be a chance to meet people outside of work and not in a bar. Take a look below at some of the activities that will be available to DSN members in the future.
